A virtual workshop on Academia-industry collaboration in teaching and research in the area of Civil Engineering was organised during the period 9-11 November 2020, hosted by the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. The sessions of the workshop on the first and second days were facilitated by a number of UK experts, with the first day focusing on academia-industry collaboration and the second day aiming at research publication in the area of Civil Engineering. Fundable grant proposals were the subject of the third day, with the facilitation by Prof. Akinwale Coker, professor in the department of Civil Engineering of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
